Clinical Supervision

Supervision is a collaborative, growth-oriented space where developing clinicians can deepen their clinical thinking while strengthening confidence and competence.

Our work emphasizes the development of strong trauma-informed case conceptualization skills, managing clinical intensity, recognizing and responding to dissociation, navigating attachment dynamics in the therapeutic relationship, and building sustainable practices. My goal is to support you in becoming a grounded, skilled, and ethically attuned therapist who integrates research, clinical strategy, and relational depth with clarity and confidence.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor in the state of North Carolina (License Number: S11364) with over 10 years of experience in the field.
I offer both in-person and virtual supervision for
LCMHCAs in North Carolina.

Professional Consultation and Speaking Engagements

Working with complex trauma can be deeply meaningful — and deeply challenging. I offer consultation to therapists seeking thoughtful, nuanced support in treating PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment injuries.

Consultation provides a collaborative space to slow down complex cases, deepen your understanding of trauma-driven behaviors, strengthen attachment-informed treatment, and build confidence in managing trauma-related dynamics within the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you feel steadier, clearer, and less alone in this work.

I also offer presentations that bridge science and humanity. My speaking engagements focus on helping clinicians understand not just what to do, but why clients struggle the way they do.

Through case-informed teaching, practical tools, and interactive discussion, I aim to demystify complex trauma presentations and increase clinicians’ confidence in working with clients who often feel “too complex.” Participants leave with both practical skills and a more compassionate lens.
